AICA ON CAMPUS THRIFT STORE OPENING SATURDAY, FEB. 18th. 

Store Hours:  Tuesday-Saturday 9-1pm
We have been blessed recently with a wonderful Thrift Store set to open this SATURDAY, FEB 18TH!  We are looking forward to serving the public and supporting the work of our school. We are looking for shoppers, donations and volunteers to work any time Tuesday-Saturday from 9-1. The store looks like a lot of fun! A local toy store recently closed and donated all their supplies and toys! Amazing!  The store has a vintage and warm feel.  We hope the community enjoys it!  It is located at the school: 321 East Main Rd Portsmouth.  Please call the school about large items in advance at (401) 849-5550. We will not be selling mattresses, bed pillows, car seats or appliances ... please no ripped, soiled, or broken items.  We will be gratefully accepting donations during store hours only!

 

PAPA GINO'S COMMUNITY FUNDRAISER

Please join us at the Middletown Papa Gino's on Friday, February 17th for a dining to donate event!  All sales between the hours of 2 - 9pm, both eat in and carry out, will glean 20% for AICA. So take the night off from cooking ... and enjoy some fellowship on the last day of school before Winter Break!   click here  for the flier necessary to participate.

NORTHEAST NAVY BRASS BAND COMING TO AICA

The Northeast Navy Brass Band is one of the most sought after big bands in New England. This Showband
performs a variety of musical styles from big band to patriotic. They travel extensively throughout the
northeast region of the United States, giving public concerts, music clinics, and performing for jazz festivals.
They will be performing at AICA on Wednesday, March 14th at 11am. The community is encouraged to
join us for this exciting event!

HIGH SCHOOL DRAMA PRODUCTION

Please join us for An Evening with Shakespeare!  Performances will be on Friday, March 30th and Saturday, March 31st at 6:30.  Admission is $5 per person.  This is a fun and exciting presentation featuring scenes from Much Ado About Will authored by Robert Johanson.

AUCTION - Friday, May 11, 2012
We are hosting an Auction May 11 at the elegant Glen Manor in Portsmouth. Please consider coming! It will be from 6:30 to 9 PM and will be worth coming just for the atmosphere! It is right on the water with beautiful gardens. There will be hors d'oevreues, music and a live auction with a professional auctioneer. It will be a great time. By the way we are looking for donations of any kind of service, items to buy, or event tickets. Examples include music or art lessons, sporting tickets, vacation or condo rentals, or homemade service of food or crafts. Anything can be useful to someone who may not be able to afford something full price. It can benefit the school and the purchaser at the same time.
